You know those "off days" where you feel out of touch or just not willing to stick with the commitments you've made towards our goals. Well you're not alone, everyone has them at some time in their lives, but it's all in how you manage them that makes the difference. If you don't let them become all consuming and fill you with guilt, you'll be much better off.
Like I mention in the video, this method is scientifically proven to be effective to help keep you on course and pushing towards those goals. So never underestimate yourself or the power of your own self talk! And another BONUS tip: if you need a little push to help you get going, imagine where or what you'll be in 5 years if you don't take action on your goals now!
