7 Gifts from God - Time Part 2

Another aspect of the gift of time is infinite time. Spirit is infinite and is everywhere and always. You may have heard God's timing is not the same as our timing, and that's true. God has perfect timing because being and knowing all that is, He knows when to give and release and when to take or retrieve. Trusting in Spirit's divine timing can be hard, keeping your faith and knowing His timing is ultimately better is hard to do when your are in the midst of some need or situation where you think you "need it now". 

Sometimes our timing and God's timing are in sync. Divine synchronicity takes places when we let go and let God. We cannot push or change God's mind, but we can pray and sometimes He will allow a different path or timing if it does not interfere with the overall divine plan or purpose. When divine synchronicity happens pay attention to it and be thankful for it, express your joy and gratitude. Maybe it was something small like traffic clearing up so you weren't late to work. Or maybe it was something bigger like being moved out of danger or harm's way. Maybe it was something joyous like a raise when you least expected it but most needed it. 

The more you pay attention to these events and timing in your life, you'll see that they happen all the time. Timing is everything and allowing Spirit to move you to be in the right place at the right time can sometimes be difficult but is always well worth it. If you need help with allowing for the divine time, pray and ask for help. Maybe it will come in forms of little help or miracle along the way or maybe you'll forget about the situation or need until it pops up at just the right time. Sometimes people pray for things and then forget about them because it's been months or years since asking for them, but when they show up its in perfect timing and usually very surprising but very appreciated. 

Spirit is infinite. If you need to heal a situation in the past and you're having a hard time, take Him/Her with you. See the situation in your minds eyes but this time look for Spirit, see where He/She was interacting in your life then and realize you were never alone. In all your darkest moments, Spirit was right there with you. Maybe you didn't realize it, maybe you didn't feel it, maybe you just weren't aware of that possibility at the time, but I can promise you Spirit was there. A piece of Spirit is in you, remember, so anywhere you are, Spirit is. 

That's been a real comforter to me when situations creep up in my mind from my past. When you were a child and didn't have much say and maybe had a struggle, if you look back and realize God never left you and was there by your side, it's comforting, and if you search just enough you'll be able to see and connect all the dots that show the signs that She was there, comforting, nurturing and protecting even if it didn't seem that way at the time. Once I realized that, I took advantage of it, anytime I'm facing a tough situation I immediately stop and ask Spirit to be with me and let me feel His/Her prescense. It works! I feel a peace wash over me keeping me calm and clear headed. 

I hope you start to see divine synchronicities in your life and start to appreciate them. The more you appreciate them the more they will happen.
